My vision is to devote my energy, passion, and skill set to scaling transformational solutions to our interwoven crises of poverty and climate change.
There is so much work to be done and I feel a strong, moral obligation to be a part of the fight for a more sustainable and equitable future.
With each step of my career, I’ve continued to refine, challenge, and come closer to this vision. Read here about my journey thus far.
Currently, I proudly work at RMI (Rocky Mountain Institute), a global non-profit accelerating the energy transition. I lead Operations for the Strategic Engagement team, where my focus is on building the strategy and operations for a growing $25M earned-revenue impact consulting business line. My work lives on both sides of the organization: externally, I manage direct relationships with Fortune 500 corporations; internally, I lead the design of the mechanism our 600+ person organization uses to seek, win, and deliver this business — partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Development, Operations, and Programs. I manage a team of two directly and act as Deputy to our Senior Director, supporting her in managing a broader team of partnerships managers.
RMI is a fast-paced, mission-driven organization full of sharp, passionate people, working on a genuinely fascinating problem at a genuinely fascinating time. I’m grateful every day to do work this important alongside people this good, and increasingly drawn to organizations that work at the systems level for the people and planet they serve.
In my time at RMI, I have doubled down on strategy and operations as my function — and found that it plays to all my strengths and is my path to maximum impact. As I continue to sharpen my understanding of my lane in the professional impact space, below are the types of roles and organizations where I believe I can make the biggest impact.
Roles:
- Strategy & Operations | transforming the behind-the-scenes systems that make impact possible
- Strategic Partnerships | bringing sectors and partners together to do the unthinkable: collaborate
- Corporate Engagement | collaborating with the private sector to drive transformational action
Types of Organizations:

- Global NGOs | influential and global organizations fighting for people & planet from all angles: policy, programs, and partnerships
- Foundations | progressive, innovative, and ambitious change-makers centering the community and enabling the future of trust-based philanthropy
